This standard 8 Split Desktop Flange Dot Peen Rotary Marking Machine combines the tungsten carbide needle depth advantage of a "Dot Peen Marking Machine" with the powerful impact of a "Pneumatic marking machine," while using an independent Thorx-7 computer control cabinet to achieve remote graphic editing at the level of a Laser Marking Machine. You can move the marking workbench next to the production line, leaving the control cabinet in an air-conditioned room. A single 10-meter industrial Ethernet cable connects the machine, and on-site image changes are simply a matter of scanning the barcode. Efficiency is 30% higher than traditional integrated Pneumatic Marking Machines.

The basic configuration uses a manually tightened rotary clamp, which, with a reducer, easily drives flanges or valves weighing up to 50 kg. When you need to upgrade to overhead crane, robotic arm, or assisted arm loading, you can seamlessly replace it with a cylinder clamping module or add a servo motor with a larger reduction ratio, instantly transforming this Dot Peen Marking Machine into a "tonnage-level" heavy-duty Marking Machine—even wind turbine flanges several meters in diameter can be permanently traced with a 360° depth of 0.3 mm within 120 seconds.
