It achieves a marking contrast of 92%, and its scanning success rate fully complies with ISO/IEC 18004 international standards.
At the exhibition, Chuke Intelligent's customized marking solution for irregular-shaped PET bottles for a Pakistani food and beverage company attracted significant attention. The device, with a scanning speed of 0.1 mm/second, simultaneously engraves bilingual Chinese and English labels, production dates, and QR codes. Its surface roughness Ra is ≤ 0.8 microns, meeting the stringent local regulations for label language and font size. A Pakistani representative stated, "We have tested international brands such as TRUMPF and Coherent, but Chuke Intelligent's equipment excels in curved surface marking accuracy and multilingual compatibility." The company has reportedly reached a preliminary cooperation agreement with Chuke Intelligent, with the initial order for its intelligent production line in Karachi.
To address rust and oil contamination issues in chemical equipment maintenance, Chuke Intelligent's combined 2000W continuous laser cleaning system and 300W water-cooled pulsed laser cleaning system represent a "cleaning revolution." In a real-world application at Sany Heavy Industry's Chongqing refurbishment base, this combination completed a deep clean of an eight-year-old excavator in just 45 minutes:
2000W continuous laser: With an energy density of 120J/cm2, it rapidly removes thick rust from the chassis, cleaning a single 1㎡ area in 5 minutes, achieving a five-fold increase in efficiency compared to traditional sandblasting, while eliminating dust and wastewater emissions.
300W pulsed laser: With an adjustable frequency of 1-200kHz and a spot diameter of 0.1-5mm, it performs nano-level precision cleaning on precision components such as hydraulic systems and engine compartments, reducing surface roughness from Ra6.3μm to Ra0.8μm, meeting remanufacturing standards.
